The Deborah House was great, and Nikki was a communicative and wonderful host. The house is really nice - looks just like the photos. The pool and hot tub were warm, and the backyard huge and relaxing. The kitchen is stocked with all the utensils you might need, as well as with staples like olive oil, coffee beans, and spices. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms nice and clean. We love our stay!

Hands down best all around experience we’ve had! Pool area was so relaxing, spacious and full of sun. Communication was clear and instant! You won’t find anything better than this!!!

The North Starr was a great holiday weekend retreat -- well-appointed, comfortable, with a huge, enclosed backyard housing the pool and hot tub --and Nikki is a terrific host. She is accommodating, responsive, helpful and friendly. Book this house! You'll be glad you did.

Nikki is a fantastic host! Her place is well equipped with lots of thoughtful amenities. We really had everything we needed. Plus, the pool and spa was a great add on for us. We totally recommend adding the pool and spa heater to your contract.

Amazing house and location! Backyard is so private and has everything anyone could want. House was super clean and had a great vibe. Thoughtfully laid out with everything you need. Neighborhood was very nice as well. The house is a short drive to downtown Palm Springs which was great. We will stay here again.

We had a great time staying at Nikki's place, perfect getaway for a weekend with friends, everything was just like in the pictures and we didn't want to leave. This lovely place easily fits a group of 5-6 people. Nikki was very responsive and provided helpful instructions and tips on what to do in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place to stay in Palm Springs. The bungalow has recently been refurbished and is immaculate. Hosts thoroughly responsive to any queries. I was more than at home whilst staying for a month! The estate grounds are beautiful and the heated pool and hot tub are also great. Would strongly recommend a stay here!

From the moment we walked through the gate we felt so relaxed and at home! I’m a designer and picky… I couldn’t have felt more please. Everything was tastefully selected in a calm environment… We will definitely stay here again!

Nikki’s place was a perfect Palm Springs home for our small family. The pool and hot tub were great, the exterior property is beautiful and well maintained, the kitchen is well stocked and laid out, and the beds were comfy. We’d definitely come back again!

Had a wonderful time at Nikki’s property over the Christmas Holidays. Everything was as advertised, no last minute changes or deceptive camera angles . We had requested the pool be heated and after a long day of travel we arrived to an already heated pool and relaxed immediately. I would highly recommend this property in a great location with a great host.
