Where to begin? First, Nikki. She’s not just a host — she’s the standard. Clear communication, fast responses, and a professional yet genuinely caring presence. Hands-on when you need her, invisible when you don’t. Excellence embodied. The home. A true sanctuary. From design to details, every corner speaks luxury and intentionality. Modern, spotless, and stocked with everything — pots, pans, even a rice cooker. Clear instructions for every feature. Blackout curtains for privacy. A long gated driveway. Tucked away in a friendly community yet feels completely your own. It’s more than a stay — it’s an experience. One that blends comfort, privacy, and luxury in a way that’s rare to find. We walked away refreshed, grateful, and inspired. 1 10/10. Highly recommend. Thank you, Nikki 🙏🏽

Nikki’s place has definitely made it to my list of favorite Airbnb’s. We usually stay in the Joshua Tree area but opted for something a little different and it was worth it!! The area was peaceful, quiet, and full of amazing views. Lots of stores/downtown area close by. We felt right at home and always felt safe. Would highly book this place again or from any of Nikki’s other listings. (:

Everything was amazing, clean and made us feel right at home! The pool and outdoor space was everything and more than we expected to have an amazing weekend! Nikki was very responsive and a great host! Our family would for sure stay here again.

We absolutely loved staying at Nikki’s place! It was so minimalistic yet beautifully decorated, and the lighting was fantastic. Had everything we needed for our stay, and there was always something to do at the house from the pool to the hottub to the fire pit. My puppers had such an amazing time as well, and Nikki made us feel right at home and welcome in this dog friendly accommodation. I was so reluctant to leave and can’t wait to be back again!

I stayed here while my home in LA was being shown for sale. It was the perfect place to simply stop, relax, swim and enjoy the warm wind and sunshine of Palm Springs. The pool is made for floaties and the hot tub at night is the perfect spot for enjoying the nighttime sky. The cactus garden is beautifully maintained and everything about this outdoor space is conducive for relaxing. The house is spacious, excellently appointed and the kitchen provides everything you could need to whip up a feast. There are two fire pits, one that overlooks the mountains. I can’t say enough about this house, it was built to please. Nikki, was great, quick to respond and thoughtful. I would recommend and return to this place in a heartbeat.

The house was perfect for a Palm Springs getaway! We particularly enjoyed the outdoor space with the pool. The entire house was clean and cared for. I would definitely book this house again!

Nikki was very responsive to a minor issue upon checkin. Everything was beautiful and we really enjoyed out relaxing time at the pool weekend. I would rent from again for sure!!

Nikki was an exceptional host—personable, friendly, and incredibly responsive before, during, and even after our stay. She went above and beyond to accommodate us, especially when a planned utility power outage impacted the neighborhood. Nikki quickly stepped in to make sure we had everything we needed to preserve our perishable items, which we truly appreciated. Her communication was lightning-fast and thoughtful throughout. We’ll absolutely be back and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this property again!

Nikki's place was truly wonderful. Great neighbourhood with convenient access to coffee, groceries and brunch. The overall vibes were immaculate and the pool was an extremely welcome place to rest our aching bodies after hiking San Gorgonio!
